She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, where she double-majored in Psychology and Health Studies, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Solomiya is licensed with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Using an integrative approach, Solomiya blends techniques from psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), somatic practices, solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and more.
